Qualified Mental Health Professional

$57,000/Year + Incentive Bonuses — Higher compensation available based on experience and education. SPARC is actively hiring Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QP) in the Transylvania and Henderson County area to join our Family Centered Treatment team.

Sign-On Bonus:

$1,500 upon hire.

Certification Bonuses:

Earn an additional $1,500 for completing FCT Certification within 6 months, or $1,000 within 9 months.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Sociology, or related) Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting FCT experience is not required, higher salary is offered for prior FCT experience.
