Community Alternatives Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable professionals to provide direct care and support in a residential setting for women overcoming substance use challenges and their children. 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•3:00 PM (Full-Time) 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM•11:00 PM (Full-Time)
Weekend Day Shift:
Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM•7:00 PM (Part-Time)
Weekend Night Shift:
Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 PM•7:00 AM (Part-Time)
What You'll Do:
Provide direct care, supervision, and support to residents and their children Monitor safety, conduct regular rounds, and maintain a clean environment Support daily living skills, parenting, and recovery-focused activities Document services, incidents, and progress accurately Assist with medication monitoring (with training) and basic childcare Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support treatment goals
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of direct healthcare or related experience Resume must clearly demonstrate experience in childcare and/or caretaking Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and fingerprinting Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills A positive attitude and commitment to serving others
