Child Mental Health QP

We're actively hiring Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QP) in the Catawba County area. This role starts at $54,000/year with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and additional incentive bonuses. Candidates with prior experience, especially in FCT, qualify for higher starting compensation. Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a Human Services field (psychology, sociology, or related) Minimum 2 years of accumulated experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting FCT experience and current or prior FCT® certification are a plus, but neither is required FCT Certification Bonuses We support staff through the FCT certification process and reward those who complete it: Complete certification within 6 months: $1,500 bonus Complete certification within 9 months: $1,000 bonus Join a diverse, inclusive, and whole-person focused team!
