Pyramid Healthcare at Silver Ridge is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients on their recovery journey while helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about helping others—including those looking to start a career in behavioral health.

What You'll Do:

Assist with client admissions and intake processes Monitor client safety, complete required bed checks, and maintain documentation Support daily schedules, treatment goals, and therapeutic activities Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed Observe client behaviors and communicate updates to the treatment team Monitor medication line and assist with client needs Conduct intake and safety searches as required Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards Help train new staff and support unit operations Assist with facility cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Behavioral health, mental health, or human services experience preferred Entry-level applicants with a passion for helping others encouraged to apply Group facilitation or activity leadership experience is a plus
