Position Summary Bright Path is seeking an empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented Mental Health Technician (MHT) to join our Teen Partial Hospitalization (PHP). MHTs play a vital role in supporting the daily therapeutic structure and maintaining a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment for teens receiving treatment. Perfect for early-career professionals or students building experience in adolescent mental health, this position offers deep exposure to higher levels of care and meaningful impact every single day.
