Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Mental Health Technician to join our growing outpatient mental health practice. This position combines direct patient care with clinical support and general office responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comprehensive training and ongoing certifications will be provided. Previous experience is welcomed but not required. Duties Assist with preparing equipment and monitoring patient responses during sessions Collect and document vital signs and behavioral data accurately using electronic health records (EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before patient appointments Accurately document patient treatments and progress Perform general office duties, including scheduling, answering phones, and assisting patients as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Requirements Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable with outstanding attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable learning new clinical skills and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience Experience in a medical office, healthcare, behavioral health, psychology, nursing, medical assisting, EMT, CNA, or other clinical setting is a plus but not required.
