The schedule is Mon-Fri 4p-6p. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients with ASD and developmental disabilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care tasks Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions for ongoing assessment and treatment adjustments Support teaching sessions focused on communication, social skills, and behavior management strategies Collaborate with supervisors, educators, and families to ensure consistency across care plans and therapeutic approaches Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and managing sensitive medical records with precision Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates clearly in medical documentation systems Requirements Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and special education methods Ability to assist with ADLs and implement care plans effectively in a compassionate manner Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and maintaining accurate medical records using appropriate medical terminology Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times Patience, adaptability, and a genuine desire to support individuals with autism or behavioral health challenges Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to empowering individuals through evidence-based practices!
