Behavior Technician (BT) - Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem Make an Impact with Imagination ABA Therapy! We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, Imagination ABA Therapy offers a supportive environment with room to grow. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus—but not required! Compensation:

BT Rate :

$22-$25/hour RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour Paid training opportunities available Career growth encouraged and supported

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA Collect data and document client progress Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Qualifications:

Must speak Spanish High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred RBT certification a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Ability to pass background checks INDRBT
