You will serve as a key presence overnight—monitoring safety, responding to crises, and promoting a therapeutic environment where residents feel secure and respected. Duties Monitor clients throughout overnight hours, ensuring their safety and comfort while engaging in appropriate activities. Implement behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors. Respond promptly and effectively to behavioral crises or emergencies using crisis intervention and crisis management skills. Conduct regular assessments of vital signs and observe medical needs, administering medications as prescribed in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Document detailed medical records, behavioral observations, and progress notes accurately in compliance with medical terminology standards. Assist with intake procedures for new clients and collect data for ongoing treatment planning and progress tracking. Collaborate with social workers, clinicians, and other team members to develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Requirements Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or related conditions is highly preferred. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, behavior management strategies, and addiction counseling is essential. Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high levels of attentiveness and professionalism. Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and HIPAA compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently through crisis management skills. Experience working within special education settings or applying applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods is advantageous. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
