Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

FNP PMHP

to join our team. The

FNP PMHP

will be responsible for providing mental health services to patients within our facility.

Duties:

Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations
Monitor and track patient progress
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHP)
Experience working in a mental health setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of mental health assessment tools and treatment modalities This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
