The role is full-time, comprising 72 hours biweekly with shifts available during the day (7am-7:30pm) or night (7pm-7:30am). In this position, you will support professional staff in implementing mental health interventions tailored to patients, participants, and their families. Responsibilities include conducting group activities, ensuring accurate attendance tracking, and transmitting vital information to enhance care plans. You will also facilitate educational discussions, diversional activities, and one-on-one sessions under professional supervision. Your keen observations will be invaluable in patient evaluations, along with overseeing volunteer speakers and assisting with student internships. Participation in our Court Diversion Program is crucial, where your involvement spans D.U.I. school and programs addressing underage consumption, guided under the supervision of professional staff. Reporting to the Director, you'll be instrumental in launching a new youth crisis stabilization unit.
