Job Description
Male Juvenile/Teen, Mental & Behavioral Health Direct Care Guide Minimum Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or GED Must be 21 years of age or older No disqualifying criminal history Must have Valid Oklahoma Driver's License with acceptable driving record Ability to meet the physical, mental, and emotional demands of a safety-sensitive position Preferred candidates will have 1 year experience , Pay range is $16.00 to $17.75 , based on location, shift, education and experience. Full and Part Time positions for three shift , 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ All direct-care positions at Speck Homes are designated as Essential Staff and safety-sensitive due to the nature of services provided to adolescent males ages 13-18 who may exhibit volatile, aggressive, or emotionally dysregulated behaviors . _________________________________________________________________________________________ Seeking a mature individual to supervise adolescent males ages ranging from 13 to 18 as Direct Support in a Residential Treatment Home setting. This position operates in a high-risk, physically and emotionally demanding environment . Entery level postion in a QRTP that provides supervision for youth residence will Ensure residents' basic needs are met, including food, safety, clothing, medical, and educational needs. Prepare meals according to menu guidelines, Complete required documentation. Medication, Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, pharmacy labels, and agency policy. Crisis Prevention & Intervention , Maintain emotional control and professional judgment during crises,- Implement physical intervention or restraint when required to prevent harm. Facility, Safety & Cleanliness , Living Contributions are completed correctly. Documentation & Communication, Provide written daily documentation of each resident's behavior during your shift. Complete incident reports Provide input weekly on each resident's progress in the program.YOU MAY EMAIL RESUME
