Behavior Technician (ABA) - Entry-Level | Blair County, PA Starting at $17/hour | Paid RBT Training | Flexible Schedule | Career Growth About Honeycomb ABA Therapy Honeycomb ABA Therapy is a growing provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Blair and Bedford Counties. Our mission is to empower individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to reach their full potential. We're expanding our team and looking for compassionate professionals who want to make a meaningful difference. Why This Role is Perfect for DSPs If you have experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you already have the skills to succeed! Your background in supporting individuals with disabilities translates seamlessly into ABA therapy. We'll provide paid training and certification so you can grow your career in behavioral health. What You'll Do Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed professional. Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. Collect and record data on client progress using company systems. Collaborate with families, therapists, and educators to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Compassion, reliability, and a desire to help others. Ability to pass background checks and clearances. Drivers license Reliable transportation
Preferred:
Experience as a DSP or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Familiarity with ABA principles (training provided if not). Training Honeycomb ABA Therapy pays for your 40-hour RBT training course and training time.
