August 17, 2026 About the Role Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one‑to‑one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full‑time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age‑appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, you'll follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. You'll work directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery‑oriented care. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2-24) across home/school/community settings Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant Promote age‑appropriate functioning and skill development Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services Provide parent training and caregiver support Offer culturally responsive, trauma‑informed care Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Pennsylvania driver's license Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete trainingCompensation & Benefits All Employees:
