This role focuses on safety, engagement, and helping youth build positive behaviors and life skills. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of residents Support appropriate behavior and social interaction Document daily activities, progress notes, and staff logs Assist with structured programming and recreational activities Participate in on-site and off-site activities with residents Engage youth in one-on-one interactions when appropriate Support youth in meeting treatment plan goals Co-facilitate group activities and assist clinical staff as needed Maintain communication with staff regarding shift availability and updates
Qualifications Required:
Highschool diploma or GED Strong reliability and willingness to learn Ability to work with adolescents in a structured environment
Preferred:
