Job Description

Role Summary We're seeking dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide hands-on support in a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, structured setting while supporting clients in their day-to-day recovery journey. Shifts Available We currently have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available . Weekend availability is required , and a shift premium is offered for employees who are willing to work both weekend days as a set schedule. Key Responsibilities Monitor client behavior, safety, and well-being Assist with admissions, including screenings and documentation Support detox protocols and take vital signs as needed Transport clients to appointments and approved outings Assist with daily living activities and group support Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques Document observations in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) Valid driver's license and age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Experience in behavioral health or substance use preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, climb stairs, and drive for long durations.
