A bachelor's degree is required, and a degree in Social Work, Counseling, or another related field is preferred. Experience with at-risk students is preferred. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing a caseload of students, helping to oversee classroom activities, leading therapy groups, documenting and writing therapy notes, and participating in necessary meetings.
