POSITION SUMMARY
: This position is responsible for assisting staff in providing the necessary support and information needed to implement each clients' treatment plan. The incumbent also assists clients with daily activities, medication monitoring, management of daily tasks and providing transportation when needed. Crisis management and support is also an important function of this position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or GED and 2 years work experience in human services which must include 1 year of mental health direct service. Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.
