Step By Step, Inc. has Part Time and Full Time Behavior Health Technician (BHT) positions immediately available to provide services to children and adolescents in the Wallenpaupack Area School District. Traditional, 5 day a week and part time, non-traditional work schedules are available. We can provide daytime schedules to accommodate parents with children in school! Must be available to work 15 hours per week minimally on a consistent basis. The BHT provides one on one support to children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health diagnoses. BHTs work as part of a team, in conjunction with caregivers in school, home and community environments to manage client behaviors as well as facilitate growth and skill development. As a BHT, you'll help ensure the child's progress and success are maintained long term. BHTs receive initial and on-going training plus clinical and administrative support from master's level supervisors and case managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma. Autism experience a plus. Paid Training opportunities for all employees.

Pay:
$19 to $28 per hour, depending on Part or Full-time status and credentials (college degrees). 2 K Sign-On Bonus!
