Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) FT and PT positions available Lancaster County The BHT provides one-to-one assistance to children/adolescents following individual treatment plans designed to teach skills and interventions to help them succeed in the classroom/community/home environment. The Challenge , in a nutshell: Prompt interventions in the areas of behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Mobile Therapist. Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent. Complete initial and annual training as required Collaborate with client, family, and all other assigned team members in order to ensure compliance with CASSP. What you need to be
