What You'll Be Doing:
Bringing treatment plans to life under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children in the home, school, clinic, or community — wherever they need you most Tracking behavior and progress using simple data collection tools (don't worry, we'll train you!) Collaborating with your team to ensure our clients hit their goals and feel supported Building strong relationships with clients, families, and coworkers (we're big on teamwork!) Using evidence-based strategies to help improve communication, social skills, and reduce challenging behaviors Respecting privacy and following HIPAA guidelines What You Bring to theTable:
A high school diploma or equivalent- required (Associates or Bachelor's in Psych, Education, or a related field is a plus!) Experience with kids with autism or developmental delays is a huge plus, but not required Basic understanding of ABA principles A valid driver's license
- required Strong people skills; you'll be working closely with families and kids every day, as well as with collaborating with your team, Speech Pathologist's, OT's, and educators
