• + Master's degree in a clinical discipline and one year of relevant experience. + Act 33/34/73 Clearances + Valid Driver's license + Ability to drive an organization vehicle + Pre-employment drug screening + Serve Safe Certification obtained after hire.

• ABOUT THE ROLE

• + Will provide direct therapeutic services (individual and group therapy; treatment planning) for mentally ill adults including assisting our persons served with activities of daily living, safety checks, unit monitoring, crisis de-escalation, and shift documentation.

+ You'd be an integral member of our Treatment Team, in constant collaboration unit supervisors and other EAC staff. + Responsible for helping clients with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in a residential facility. + This position will work within a 16 bed unit in Glen Hazel area offering residential psychiatric care to adults who with serious mental illness, in a locked structured setting.
