What You'll Do (Role Responsibilities) Working directly under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs), you will deliver hands-on neurorehabilitation support:
Hands-On Patient Support:
Assist therapists in delivering high-quality neurorehabilitation focused on mobility, gait training, balance, therapeutic exercise, and safe transfers.
Treatment Plan Execution:
Follow and carry out individualized treatment plans designed by supervising PTs and OTs.
Clinical Documentation:
Document client daily activity notes and submit accurate, timely clinical records within our EHR system.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Communicate daily with PTs, OTs, clinical leadership, and support staff, participating in team conferences as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. (Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Pre-PT/OT, or Human Services is a strong plus!)
Experience:
Prior experience as a Rehab Aide, PT/OT Aide, Caregiver, or Exercise Specialist is preferred. New Graduates in Exercise Science / Kinesiology are strongly encouraged to apply!

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and assist clients with physical movement (ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs).
