Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and related clinical recommendations. Provide coaching and training to residential and program staff. Monitor behavioral outcomes and recommend plan modifications. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and Individual Support Plan (ISP) development. Collaborate with families, physicians, therapists, and community providers. Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation requirements, and clinical best practices. Promote trauma-informed, person-centered, and positive behavioral support strategies. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Human Services, or a related field. Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and/or Behavioral Health preferred. Experience developing Behavior Support Plans is highly desirable. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation. Why Work With Chris Talarico & Associates?
