• Trauma-Informed Group Practice (Denver Tech Center, Hybrid/Remote) About Us Clear View Counseling & Consulting is a thriving trauma-informed group practice specializing in Brainspotting and EMDR.

We believe in providing high-quality care while also supporting the growth and wellbeing of our therapists. We're expanding our team and are looking for licensed and pre-licensed therapists who want more than just a job — a place where professional development and sustainability are valued. What We Offer Flexibility with hybrid scheduling (telehealth, community-based, or in-office). This position may be primarily remote, depending on your preference, with sustainable caseloads and competitive pay. Beautiful office space in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, available if you want to see clients in person. Training in Brainspotting and EMDR, plus

CANS/ESA

certification and assignments. Supervision and mentorship for pre-licensed therapists. Biweekly consultation and team trainings are held in person to foster collaboration and support. Competitive pay:

• 55,000 annually depending on caseload, with additional income available through ESA assignments and incentives.

Responsibilities Provide individual, family, or group therapy to clients (teens, adults, or families depending on your specialty). Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR. Participate in supervision and consultation meetings. Complete

CANS/ESA

assessments (training provided). Collaborate with our supportive clinical team. Qualifications Licensed or pre-licensed therapist in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC). Experience with trauma-informed modalities (Brainspotting/EMDR preferred, or willingness to be trained). Strong clinical skills with teens, adults, or families. Commitment to ethical, collaborative, and client-centered care. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (45-50% split based on license/training). Typical annual earnings of $45,000
