Resident Advisor (RA) Hurricane Mills, TN $17.00/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Make a Difference Every Day Our mission is to empower individuals with behavioral health conditions, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities to achieve the lives of their choosing in the community. We're excited to announce that we'll soon be hiring compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Resident Advisors (RAs) to join our Hurricane Mills team! What You'll Do As a Resident Advisor, you'll play an important role in supporting individuals in a residential recovery setting by: Providing supervision and support in a safe, welcoming environment Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Supporting members with medication self-administration Facilitating and documenting member progress Assisting with transportation and community activities Promoting independence, communication, and life skills Supporting meal planning and household routines Completing required documentation and electronic health records (EHR) Participating in team meetings and ongoing training What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to maintain confidentiality Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to help others succeed Experience in behavioral health or human services is a plus, but not required Full-Time Benefits Include Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance (available within 60 days) Company-Paid Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance Health Spending Accounts (HSA) 401(k) with Company Match (up to 3%) after 6 months Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Physical Requirements This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, and the ability to safely perform crisis intervention and physical restraint techniques when necessary.
