Summary of Position:

We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals to provide supervision to male residents during sleeping hours. Set shift hours are from 10:00pm-6:00am CST. Off days are Tuesday and Wednesday. Both novice and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. Starting pay without experience $14/hr. The most important quality we look for is positive role modeling —our best staff often come with no experience but bring a strong work ethic, good character, and genuine care for kids. Our approach emphasizes trauma-informed care, cultural responsiveness, and youth protection.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older Must have valid Driver's License or Identification Card High School Diploma or GED required Must pass Health and Human Services Commission background checks, Must pass pre-employment drug screening, and Tuberculosis skin test (TB) Reliable transportation required
