The shift work (7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm) and required weekend shifts (Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday) aren't for everyone—but for those who thrive in this environment, the rewards are incomparable.

The Details Salary :

$18.50

• 20/hour base pay with 25% weekend differential and double pay for holidays

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in psychology/social work preferred OR 2+ years residential treatment experience (Must be 21+ and pass background check)

Physical Requirements :

Must participate in morning workouts, hikes (3-5 miles), and stay active throughout the day
