Nourishing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional's (QMHP) to respond to community-based mental health crises as part of our 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals facing mental health challenges. As a QMHP, you will play a critical role in delivering short term interventions, in-person crisis assessments, de-escalation, safety planning, coordination with local resources while supporting clients through various therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities Respond to dispatched crisis calls within your coverage area Complete crisis assessments and safety planning on-site Collaborate with LMHPs for clinical oversight when needed Provide brief interventions and linkages to care Accurately document services in timely manner Participate in on-call rotation as assigned Seeking QMHP's available for Sunday and Monday coverage, including some evening and overnight availability. Qualifications Candidates should have experience in the following areas: Must meet Virginia QMPH-A or C qualifications. Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required. At least 1 year experience in mental/behavioral health Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to promptly respond to crisis calls in coverage area. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Mobile Crisis and/or Community Stabilization experience preferred. $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
