Job Description:
This position supervises the psychiatric staff in the inpatient facility and is responsible for the scheduling of work hours for staff, time card management, hiring of new staff, performance management, and assisting to maintain budgetary control of clinic operations. This position functions as a resource for all clinical providers and acts as a liaison to providers and nursing staff of Bellin Psychiatric Center. Possesses knowledge and stays current with upgrades to be considered the EPIC Subject Matter Expert. A clinically competent professional who assists in delivering psychiatric care through a planned process of observation, planning, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients, significant others, and other health care team members while maintaining the standards of their discipline. The job duties are performed under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse, and licensed therapist.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Social Work, Psychology, Human Development or related degree required.
