Job Description

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of women's health. In this role, you will support patients through pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, and general gynecologic care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Prenatal Care Conduct comprehensive obstetric assessments Order and interpret labs, ultrasounds, and diagnostics Identify high-risk patients and coordinate referrals Labor & Delivery Manage labor and delivery for low-risk patients Perform vaginal deliveries Recognize complications and escalate care as needed Postpartum Care Provide follow-up care including physical and mental health support Counsel on and initiate contraception (including LARC) Women's Health Perform well-woman exams and preventive screenings Conduct STI testing and cervical cancer screenings Manage common gynecologic conditions and family planning Collaboration & Quality Partner with OBGYN, MFM, and integrated care teams Coordinate specialty referrals Participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Certified Nurse Midwife (ACNM) Active Arizona RN license (or eligible) DEA license (or ability to obtain) CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross) Valid AZ driver's license Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Benefits Competitive compensation + productivity incentives 5 weeks
