This site offers providers the opportunity to practice collaborative, relationship-centered care within a team-based model while serving a diverse and underserved population. Providers build long-term, trusted relationships with patients in a setting where access to care and continuity play a critical role in improving community health outcomes.

Summary:

Provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients in collaboration with an Obstetrician or Family Medicine Physician. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing labor and delivery, providing prenatal and postpartum care, educating patients on women's health and reproductive wellness, and delivering routine gynecologic services. Experience:

Completion and certification from an accredited graduate-level midwifery program leading to certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations prior to hire date Current California certification in Certified Nurse Midwifery (CNM). Current DEA license. Current CPR license.
