This is a unique opportunity to step into a full-scope midwifery practice within a collaborative, patient-centered environment that blends clinical care with education and mentorship.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide full-scope midwifery care (antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care) Support patients in both outpatient clinic and inpatient settings Participate in labor & delivery, including alternative birth options such as water birth Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across a large medical campus Educate and support students, residents, and other healthcare learners

What We're Looking For:

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Master's degree in midwifery from an accredited institution of higher education Active AMCB certification RN, APN, and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain Colorado licensure prior to start) Experience providing full-scope midwifery care Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment Passion for patient-centered, holistic care

Preferred:

Experience with water birth or alternative labor/birth options Background in high-volume or higher-acuity settings Prior experience working with students or in an academic/teaching environment
