Job Description

Overview Unified Women's Healthcare , the largest physician practice management company dedicated solely to women, is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join our affiliated partner, Dr. Hyler & Associates , serving the growing communities of Middleburg and Orange Park .
About Practice:
Dr. Hyler & Associates is a well-established, serving women and families in the Jacksonville area since 1996, and it has always been our mission to provide outstanding services while emphasizing one-on-one personal care and attention with our specialists.
Locations:
Three office sites - Orange Park, Middleburg, and Fleming Island Hospital affiliations: Deliveries and surgeries performed at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County and HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital Team structure: 6 Board-Certified OB/GYNs, 1 physician assistant, and 8 CNMs Call schedule: Call Schedule evenly shared with team of Midwives; Contracted for 6 call days per month Patient volume: 18 -23 patients per day

Requirements:
AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME) Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN) Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license CPR and NALS Certification Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain New graduates are welcome to apply.
