Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecological care Conduct office consultations and wellness exams Support labor and delivery at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and support staff Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, pregnancy, and postpartum care Utilize integrated behavioral health services, care coordination, and case management

Position Overview:

Join a close-knit group of 5 Certified Nurse Midwives and 1 OB/GYN Physician Call schedule of 1 night per week and 1/5 weekends Call-sharing with a group of 5 physicians Work in a supportive, patient-centered environment with a strong focus on holistic care

Requirements:

Passionate about providing exceptional care to women at all stages of life Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records Commitment to Shawnee Health's mission and values

Education & Training:

At the end of any employment year, a portion of unused Leave days may be carried forward to the next year or you may opt to take the cash value of the unused Leave days.

Productivity Incentives:

Shawnee offers select physicians, dentists, and midlevel practitioners' merit and productivity incentives based negotiated contractual terms related to net collections and/or total encounters.

Merit Bonus:

Shawnee offers select physicians, dentists, and midlevel practitioners' productivity incentives based on negotiated criteria. Continuing Education (CE)

Allocation:

Base Compensation:

Pay Range:

$95,000-110,000 The listed salary range reflects average compensation based on experience.
