Job Details This position would provide comprehensive out-patient women's health care services to patients, focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of gynecological conditions, family planning, and prenatal/postnatal care within a family medical center setting.
Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments of female patients, including obtaining medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests. Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynecological conditions, such as menstrual irregularities, sexually transmitted infections, infertility, and menopausal symptoms. Provide family planning counseling and services, including contraception management and preconception care. Offer prenatal and postnatal care, monitoring the health of both mother and baby throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period. Perform minor gynecological procedures, such as IUD insertions/removals, biopsies, and colposcopies. Educate patients on women's health issues, promoting wellness and preventative care strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards. Stay current with the latest advancements and best practices in women's health care through continuing education and professional development. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of women's health services within the clinic. Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to patient care and safety. Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
Experience providing comprehensive women's healthcare services, including family planning, prenatal care, postpartum care, well-woman exams, and management of gynecological conditions. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Required Education:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license National certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
Schedule Requirements:
Full-time position, 4 days per week, 100% clinic-based, in person work required. Work schedules are set at the discretion of CFMC and may be adjusted at any time based on the operational needs of the organization.
