Certified Nurse Midwife - Women First OBGYN Center | Royal Oak, MI Women First OBGYN Center is a well-established, all-women private practice with a reputation for compassionate, personalized women's healthcare in Royal Oak, Michigan. Following a recent team transition, we're seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dedicated team and support continued growth and excellence in patient care. Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope midwifery care including gynecologic, contraceptive, prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and primary healthcare services. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation. Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care. Manage deliveries, admissions, and inpatient rounding within scope of practice. Maintain documentation and care plans consistent with best practices and regulatory standards.

Join an experienced group of 11 physicians and a multidisciplinary team of CNMs, PAs, and NPs providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Balanced Schedule:
Full-time, 3-days per week, 1 (24 hour) weekday call with rotational Sat/Sun weekend call ( 1:5 ) and post-call days off — promoting wellness and flexibility.

Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with current Michigan RN and APRN licensure . AMCB certification and active DEA/Controlled Substance License . Prior experience in obstetrics or women's health preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship support.
