- No call, nights, or overnight shifts ## Position Overview Healthcare Recruiters International is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife for a mission-driven reproductive healthcare organization serving the St.

- No nights or overnight shifts
- No inpatient or hospital work
- Flexible scheduling, including potential 32-hour workweeks

- Mentorship and leadership-development opportunities ## Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive women's health and reproductive healthcare
- Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments
- Diagnose and treat conditions within the provider's scope of practice
- Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
- Provide patient education and preventive health counseling
- Rotate among outpatient clinics based on patient-care and coverage needs
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff
- Deliver respectful, evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Mentor and support less-experienced clinicians when needed ## Schedule
- Clinic shifts generally run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 or 5:00 p.m.
- One later shift per week, generally from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Approximately one or two Saturdays per month, with one Saturday being typical
- No call
- No overnight shifts
- Flexible scheduling options may include a 32-hour workweek ## Practice Coverage Area This is a multi-site float position supporting clinics within approximately 30 miles of St. Louis. The provider may rotate among locations or receive a temporary primary-site assignment based on coverage needs. Mileage between assigned clinic locations is reimbursed. ## Required Qualifications
- Active Missouri license, or eligibility to obtain licensure, as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife
- Current board certification through AANP, ANCC, NCC, or NCCPA, as applicable
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain it
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Ability and willingness to travel among clinic locations in the St. Louis metro area
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care ## Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of clinical experience
- Women's health or OB/GYN experience
- Reproductive healthcare experience
- Labor and delivery experience
- Outpatient or community health experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, when applicable
- Experience working across multiple clinic locations
- Interest in mentoring clinicians or pursuing future leadership opportunities ## Compensation and Benefits
