Outpatient Hospital Based OB/GYN Clinical Practices Overview:

Symphony Medical is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join our growing outpatient OB/GYN team in Westchester County, just north of New York City. This part-time position focuses on prenatal care, gynecologic visits, assistance with vaginal deliveries, and collaborative patient management in a supportive team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient prenatal and gynecologic care Conduct wellness visits, family planning consultations, and postpartum follow-up Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and support staff for coordinated patient care Perform vaginal deliveries in collaboration with Symphony Medical OB team. Educate patients on reproductive health, childbirth preparation, and preventive care Schedule & Clinical Details 15-20 hours a week, including one Saturday per month. Outpatient office locations and delivery support. Qualifications Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) licensure in New York State Master's degree in nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution 1+ year of midwifery experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply BLS required; NRP certification preferred Excellent interpersonal, clinical, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits $85-$90/hr (commensurate with experience) Malpractice coverage On-call and overnight shifts not required Supportive work culture with opportunities for professional growth
