Pay & Benefits Salary:

$140,000 - $145,000 annually (includes 200 hours vacation/CME) w

RVU Bonus:

$26.00 per wRVU (uncapped)

$3,500 allowance

Medical, dental, vision, life, malpractice insurance, 403(b) with 4% employer match (beginning Year 2), relocation assistance available Pay package discussed upon application What You'll Do Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care from pregnancy through postpartum Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in outpatient clinics Perform diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to obstetrics and gynecology Counsel and educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and wellness topics Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating empathy and professionalism Support patients through prenatal, labor, and postpartum phases Participate in a shared weekend call rotation to support OB hospitalist services What You Need Valid Board Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license in Ohio or eligible Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a CNM; new graduates not accepted Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well autonomously and in team settings Familiarity with community resources and referral networks About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare provider dedicated to women's health in Findlay, Ohio.
