About the Opportunity East Cascade Women's Group is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing women's health practice. Our CNMs play an integral role in caring for women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, and all stages of reproductive health. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-scope midwifery while working alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians and a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care for patients and families throughout Central Oregon. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive prenatal care, including examinations, testing, counseling, and patient education. Manage labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians to ensure safe, high-quality maternity care. Assist physicians during cesarean deliveries Recognize obstetric emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions while coordinating physician support. Conduct postpartum visits, breastfeeding support, and newborn care education. Provide gynecologic care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and management of common gynecologic conditions. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients on healthy pregnancy practices and management of high-risk conditions, including diabetes in pregnancy. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice development. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record. Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Current certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB). Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Active or eligible Oregon licensure. Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications One or more years of clinical midwifery experience. Experience providing full-scope obstetrical and gynecologic care. Experience working in a collaborative physician-midwife practice model. Why Join East Cascade Women's Group?
