This position is designed for experienced providers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about maternal and fetal health. This role offers a balanced work-life rhythm with hours from 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am. Shifts typically include both day and night coverage, with specific schedule to be discussed during the interview. The Advanced Practice Provider will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients presenting to the OB-ED. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate appropriate treatment plans. Support labor and delivery triage and manage obstetric emergencies as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols and safety standards.
