Qualifications
LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or LMFTA
Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina Responsibilities
Conducts ongoing evaluation, assessment, counseling, and treatment to children/families in need of services
Work closely with the person-served physician, other clinical staff, and community agencies
The Licensed In-Home Therapist applies principles of Evidence Based Practice to all services provided and ensures team members maintain fidelity to the treatment model
Conducts weekly meetings with the Intensive In Home team to provide supervision, monitor implementation of the Person Centered Plan, manage productivity, and monitor the overall performance of the team
Monitors the team to family ratio to ensure compliance with Medicaid service definition requirements The Licensed Therapist/team lead will reviews documentation of team members and ensure all notes are submitted within a timely manner, meet Medicaid requirements, and address the goals as written in the Person Centered Plan
The Licensed In-Home Therapist will provide assistance with crisis management, as well as individual therapy and individual counseling

$62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
