Qualifications & Experience:

Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N). Valid and current state licensure as required for nuclear medicine technologists. Recent experience in a hospital or clinical setting performing nuclear medicine imaging. Strong understanding of radiation safety, equipment operation, and procedural protocols. Excellent patient care skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures in compliance with physician orders and established protocols. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals while adhering to rigorous safety standards. Operate imaging equipment efficiently, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images. Accurately document procedures, patient histories, and maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate and communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures, safety, and post-procedure care. Uphold infection control and radiation protection standards at all times.
