Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Eureka, California. This role supports a busy imaging department performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures including PET and cardiac imaging in an acute care hospital setting.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This assignment is ideal for Nuclear Medicine Techs who are confident working independently, performing both routine and advanced imaging studies, and maintaining accuracy in high-demand clinical environments.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

13-week contract Day shift 5x8s 1 position available

COMPENSATION

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET and cardiac studies Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals Operate imaging equipment and ensure image quality Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures Collaborate with radiologists and care teams for diagnostic accuracy Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards Document procedures and patient data accurately in imaging systems

ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification

Minimum 1 year Nuclear Medicine experience
