Block Schedule:
Available Job Responsibilities Perform routine Nuclear Medicine procedures in a hospital setting. Perform bone, brain, liver, renal, thyroid, lung, myocardial, and other nuclear medicine studies. Perform SPECT and PET imaging procedures. Conduct myocardial stress testing using pharmacological and exercise protocols. Perform renal flow/function studies, including Lasix and Captopril studies. Perform thyroid uptake and I-123 studies. Start and maintain IV access. Safely handle, store, and dispose of radioactive materials. Operate Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment and work independently. Maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation. Float to affiliated locations in Torrance and nearby outpatient centers as needed. Requirements Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience . NMTCB or CNMT certification required. ARRT Nuclear Medicine certification accepted/required where applicable. California license/required credentials must be in hand. GE Nuclear Medicine equipment experience preferred; GE experience is required for immediate/Aya offer consideration . Experience with routine Nuclear Medicine procedures. PET experience preferred. Epic experience preferred. Must be comfortable working independently as the only NMT on shift. Schedule & Other Details Monday-Friday schedule. No regular weekends. Post-shift and weekend call is optional. Holiday call is required. Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. BI02

Do you have experience with GE Nuclear Medicine equipment? Do you have experience performing routine Nuclear Medicine studies such as bone, renal, thyroid, myocardial, lung, brain, and liver scans? Do you have experience with SPECT and/or PET imaging? Are you comfortable working independently as the only Nuclear Medicine Technologist on shift?
