Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic opportunity specializing in advanced imaging techniques as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. This contract position offers the chance to make a direct impact in patient care while working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals.
Schedule/Hours:
Mondays:
10-hour shifts at one location
Tuesdays-Thursdays:
10-hour shifts at another facility
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in Nuclear Medicine and Imaging Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT-N or CNMT) Valid state licensure (if applicable) Familiarity with a broad range of nuclear medicine procedures and radiopharmaceuticals Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols Effective communication and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures, ensuring image quality and patient safety Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during procedures Prepare imaging equipment and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians to review images and participate in the development of patient treatment plans Provide compassionate care, answering patient questions and ensuring comfort throughout the imaging process Maintain strict compliance with infection control, radiation safety, and quality assurance policies
