Nuclear Technologies is seeking a clinically experienced Nuclear Medicine leader to oversee and strengthen our PET/CT staffing operations across the Western U.S. This is not a traditional HR or recruiting role . This is a clinical leadership position designed for a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and wants to directly impact patient care, clinical quality, and team performance . What You'll Own ‍ ️ Clinical Team Leadership Lead and support a distributed team of Nuclear Medicine Technologists and clinical staff Set expectations for clinical performance, protocols, and patient care standards Serve as a trusted resource for clinical teams in the field Staffing & Workforce Strategy (from a clinical lens) Oversee scheduling and coverage across multiple PET/CT sites Ensure the right clinical talent is in place to meet patient and operational needs Partner closely with recruiting to identify and onboard top technologists Performance & Development Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions when needed Build training plans and support continuing education Ensure compliance with certifications, competencies, and radiation safety standards (ALARA) Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations and the National Staffing Director Align staffing strategy with clinical operations and growth initiatives Support new site launches and ongoing operational improvements Field Leadership Travel to client sites to support teams, ensure quality care, and strengthen relationships Act as the face of CDL within your region for clinical excellence ✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit Education & Certification Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine (required) NMTCB or ARRT certification (required) Clinical Experience 4+ years in Nuclear Medicine / PET (cardiac experience strongly preferred) Demonstrated leadership experience (Lead Tech, Supervisor, Manager) Leadership Skills Ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Comfortable managing performance, conflict, and change ✈️ Travel Readiness Willing to travel regularly across the Western U.S. Work Environment Remote-based role with frequent regional travel Multi-site clinical oversight across hospitals and outpatient settings Fast-paced, high-growth PET/CT environment Why CDL?
