Key Qualifications:
ARRT (N) or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Nuclear Medicine in CA Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical Nuclear Medicine environment Skilled in operating SPECT and PET/CT equipment Strong knowledge of safety standards relating to radiopharmaceuticals Exceptional attention to detail and patient care skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct and interpret diagnostic Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to physician orders Ensure adherence to radiation safety practices for self, patients, and coworkers Accurately document imaging results and maintain complete patient records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes Consistently uphold professional, compassionate communication with patients
