SHIFT- PRN•VARIABLE Responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing radionuclides for diagnosing and treating diseases.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of human physiology
- Ability to learn and master new tasks related to Image Quality and Radiation Safety
- Ability to perform Nuclear Medicine procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail
- Patient care and communication skills to deal with patients from infant, childhood, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups
- Ability to follow Basic Radiation Safety concepts of time, distance, and shielding to keep exposure levels ALARA for patients and staff
Education:
- Associate [Preferred]
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
